§1. Scope of Service & Membership License
nodunn provides an autonomous payment recovery and dunning SaaS platform. Usage of the dashboard, webhook listener, and dunning engine is strictly limited to verified active members with an active paid subscription tier (Monthly or Annual). Non-members and expired accounts are strictly prohibited from utilizing the recovery infrastructure.
§2. Merchant of Record & Billing (Paddle)
All subscription orders, renewals, and financial transactions are conducted exclusively by our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller, Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Ltd / Paddle.com Inc). Paddle handles all invoicing, currency conversion, tax compliance, and payment security on our behalf.
§3. Account Security & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, webhook endpoints, and API tokens. You agree not to send fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant communications, and to strictly adhere to international anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
§4. Intellectual Property Rights
All algorithms, interface designs, trademarks, source code, and recovery copy remain the exclusive intellectual property of nodunn Inc. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, or duplicate our software or systems.
§5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
nodunn is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While our system achieves industry-leading recovery rates, we do not warrant that 100% of declined payments will be recovered. nodunn Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
§6. Termination & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be announced on our website or via email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or fail to maintain an active membership.
