§1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with nodunn within the first 14 days of initiating your subscription, you are entitled to a 100% full refund with no questions asked. Simply notify our support desk within the 14-day window.
§2. 1-Click Instant Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time with a single click via the Paddle Customer Portal link in your account settings, or by emailing support@nodunn.com. There are no mandatory retention calls or hidden fees.
§3. Billing Cycles & Renewals
Upon cancellation, your membership remains fully active until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle (Monthly or Annual). No further charges will occur.
§4. Refund Processing via Paddle
Approved refunds are executed directly by Paddle.com and returned to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your banking provider.
